Fake al-Zawahiri Video Warns of More Attacks: "Osama bin Laden died in December of 2001 from renal failure and was buried in the mountains of southeast Afghanistan. Ayman al-Zawahiri, described as Osama’s “senior lieutenant,” was captured by the Iranians in mid-February 2002 and remains in Tehran’s Evin jail with other political prisoners (see Bin Laden’s No 2 “captured in Iran,” Guardian, February 18, 2002)."
