His not-funny "jokes" are inadvertantly the truth / admissions of the truth!! Very sadly, though, most "Americans" don't learn from and/or remember history, if they ever knew any true history in the fist place; so they won't know, ever find out, or hear (because if someone tried to tell most of these so-called "Conservatives", as I call them, such a truth, they'd cut you off and/or muffle their ears, that's how bad and closeminded they are) that this is what Hitler and his "fellow-leaders" did, and admitted they did, and said how easy it is for leaders to do, to use the literal brainwashing tactics of repeating the same things at least three times to imbed them in listeners brains and get them to believe and/or obey them unquestioningly, and to intentionally brainwash, indoctrinate, condition, and program them in these ways, which WERE UNQUESTIONABLY VERY EFFECTIVE... WITHOUT QUESTION... INDUBITABLY!! :)
Ironic that you would call propaganda a bad thing. I see only one side of an issue firmly asserted on this blog. Isn't that propaganda? Just something for you to chew on.
Propaganda: 2 : the spreading of ideas, information, or rumor for the purpose of helping or injuring an institution, a cause, or a person 3 : ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause.
Now when the president of a so-called free nation catapults propaganda, and even propaganda is too kind of a term to typify the speech he uses, which are basically lies, and runours of lies, to get Americans killed and start illegal wars resulting in innocents being killed, mostly children. Using this "propaganda" is the same way as Goebbels would have done himself. Is that helpful or hurtful? Words which formulate the basis of propaganda can be beneign. There use is what carries the weight of their intent. When you study a crime, mens rea is a crucial part in proving motive. Having a guilty mind to commit harm is the offense. Words just help define the intent. Bush shows that his intent is to harm, through the repetition of lies.
The propaganda on this blog is the repetiton of information and facts, from an OBVIOUSLY biased perspective, to expose the crimnal's guilt mind, to help prosecute crimnals in a forum of the people. This is what used to be democracy, until our free press abandoned us.
Also, when a site such as this one shares nothing but the truth, then that isn't propaganda in the usual, negative, sense of the word. As Hood said and/or alluded to, Bush and Company's lies resulting in the deaths of over 4,000 of our servicepeople, and over 100,000 innocent, non-combatant Iraqis and Afghanis in an illegal war that those lies led our country into, is the worst kind of propaganda, especially when those lies, heaped up more lies, and even regurgitation of lies that were already proven without any doubt to be just that, lies, and that we were definitely led into the war in Iraq on the basis of conscious, intentional false pretenses, (lies), brainwash "Americans" to believe in those lies, to believe in a completely illegal "preemptive" "war of aggression", both of which were outlawed by international law which the U.S. government agreed to, signed off on, and never removed their written agreement and/or signature to.
That type of statement, "Isn't (the so-called 'one-sided' presentation of truth) propagnada(?)", is the kind of excuse used to convince oneself, "Well, this is propaganda, so I don't have to read or listen to it", while you then go on to read, listen to and believe the many lies of "the other side" without question. That's the worst kind of ignorance.
Then you start believe the lies that we're allegedly not supposed to criticize our government, to criticize our President, and that we supposedly ARE supposed to blindly believe in them, follow them, obey them, and murder for them, which is exactly what this corporate-fascist "president-(only)-by-coup" is, under false pretenses, getting mostly disenfranchised, impoverished Black and Latino "Americans" to do, murder for their country; because, when our servicepeople kill, particularly and mostly, completely innocent civilians in a completely illegal war, they are committing murder, plain and simple, no ifs, ands or buts.
Is what I, and what Hood, said, "propaganda"? Yes, it is propaganda of the BEST kind, because it is NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, what we are sworn to tell in a court of law, and when we become President, or virtually any other political office and/or position of authority and power, by swaring to uphold the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and all other JUST laws of this country NO MATTER WHAT.
Those in positions of power in the U.S. who violate this trust, are committing tyranny and despotism, and therefore treason, and as a famous quote says, "Tyranny is the worst of treasons". G.W. Bush is one of the biggest tyrants that we've ever had as President of this country (in fact, it is very safe to say that he is absolutely THE WORST President that we've EVER had), and he has committed THE WORST treason of ANY President that we've EVER had. He and his cohorts in crime should be tried in the International Criminal Court in the Hague for being the despotic, lying, hypocritical, extremely-deceiving, murderous, sociopathic, psychotic, International-law-, Constitutional-law-, Bill-of-Rights- violating, extremely-evil bastards that they ALL are.
Chew on this: If you violated even a fraction of the laws that these criminal, tyrannical, despotic, treasonous bastards have violated, and appear to be getting away with, with immunity and impunity, you would very likely be shot, gassed, lethally-injected, or spend the rest of your life in prison for. Think about that and add it all together in ONLY the right way(s).
